About ADJEPO COMPANY LIMITED

Adjepo Company team – Yei, South Sudan

Our Story

ADJEPO COMPANY LIMITED (ADJEPO) was founded by South Sudanese nationals with a shared vision. It began operating in Yei River County as a small business center in November 2013, undertaking diverse projects: vegetable production, piggery, poultry, T‑Shirt printing, log design, and computer training. Officially registered and incorporated under the Companies Act 2012 of the Republic of South Sudan on 13th February 2019, the company has since grown into a multidisciplinary firm.

Today we operate in departments including Secretarial, Computer Training (I.T), Graphics Art & Design, Supplies, Construction, Building and Agriculture. Our staff bring qualifications and experience across these disciplines, enabling us to deliver quality and professional services. In response to market needs, we have opened a hardware shop in Juba dealing in construction and building materials.

Our founder, educated in art and design, established ADJEPO to apply creative skills for state development and to tackle unemployment. We believe that job creation – especially for the youth – is a sustainable solution to poverty and instability. As a non-political, non-tribal, and non-religious entity, we focus purely on development through enterprise. By investing in local talent and sectors like agriculture, construction, and technology, we contribute to South Sudan’s economic growth and join the global fight against poverty.

Slogan: Quality and Professional.

Our Mission & Vision

Driven by purpose, guided by principles

Our Mission

To create employment opportunities, especially for youth, and improve living standards through professional services in construction, IT, design, agriculture, and supplies. We use the skills and knowledge acquired from education as tools for social and economic development, while promoting self‑reliance and democratic values in the community.

Our Vision

To be among the best companies in South Sudan, inspiring youth to pursue job‑creating technical courses rather than job‑seeking paths. We aim to establish an Art Gallery in Yei that nurtures local talent, preserves culture, and becomes a hub for creativity. Ultimately, we envision a self‑reliant generation and a transformed economy through agriculture, innovation, and enterprise.

Meet Our Founder & CEO

The visionary behind ADJEPO COMPANY LIMITED

Santo Biakika John - Founder & CEO

Santo Biakika John

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Santo Biakika John, a South Sudanese national with a deep passion for art and design, founded ADJEPO as a small business center in Yei during November 2013. Witnessing the challenges of unemployment and the lack of local opportunities, he leveraged his creative skills to start ventures in vegetable production, poultry, T‑shirt printing, and computer training. His belief that “the educated class should create jobs, not just seek them” became the company’s cornerstone.

Under his leadership, ADJEPO grew from a modest center into a registered company (2019) with multiple departments: construction, IT, graphics, supplies, and agriculture. Santo personally championed the expansion into a hardware shop in Juba, ensuring that quality building materials reach both urban and rural projects. He is a strong advocate for technical education and plans to open an Art Gallery in Yei to nurture young talent.

Santo’s philosophy is simple: “Quality and professional service can transform a nation. When we invest in our youth and our land, we build more than buildings—we build hope.” His leadership remains hands‑on, guiding ADJEPO to become a symbol of local enterprise and youth empowerment in South Sudan.
